The financial aid application process is broken down into a number of steps depending on your eligibility for financial aid:
Step 1: Determine your eligibility
The application process starts with you filling our financial calculator to provide us information about your family’s financial circumstances. We then use a standard method to assess your demonstrated financial need and determine your eligibility to apply for the ALU financial aid offerings.
Note: Please note that once you submit these details, you will not be able or allowed to make any changes to the information. Please ensure that the information you submit during your application is complete, accurate, and honest to the best of your knowledge, as you will be required to submit supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
After filling in the financial calculator, you will be informed of your eligibility to apply for a grant, or scholarship.
Note: eligibility to apply for a grant or scholarship does not guarantee that you will receive a grant or a scholarship.
Step 2: Application
Applicants will also be required to submit supporting documentation for proof of financial circumstances and declared personal information.
